
WHAT DO I DO?
As a mental performance consultant, my interest is to promote a healthy lifestyle by helping people with challenges they face in daily life, sports, basic nutrition, performance, and working out. My goal is to teach mental skills in order to really get my clients to where they want to be mentally, whatever their goal might be. My objective through this profession is to do everything in my power to help my clients create the life they've always wanted. Whether they want to reach a specific goal, overcome a “plateau”, exercise more, work on goal-setting/commitment/emotional management, I, as a mental performance consultant, can help them. I firmly believe that “the body achieves what the mind believes”, and this mindset of mine is definitely portrayed in my practice.
